From there we can set forth on this new moon with initiative and manifest from a soul led power.

Chelby will align us with our inner compass, our hearts journey, to set forth with direction and inspiration through this New Moon cycle. We will honour the Cacao spirit & enchant our brews with meaning. This Cacao will be complimented with uplifting, energizing orange infusion.

Everyone is then welcomed to pull Oracle and Tarot cards to inspire & reflect on, journaling if you wish.

Cindy will get our bodies flowing, intentionally moving energies around and through us while learning the art and medicine of Qigong.

Lorraine & Glenda join together to create a musical soul meditation with a gong bath, drums and crystal singing bowls. The vibrations from these frequencies are powerful transformers, bring on strong visuals, clearings and fine tunes the mind, body and soul link.
